(Animaa, Laghima, Garima, Mahima, Eesatwa, Vasitva, Praakamya, Prapti) 8 siddhis. Amma is also called Siddha Lakshmi, Jaya Lakshmi and Moksha Lakshmi, these are all Her swaroopalu granting Siddhis. There are 8 siddhis and are granted by Amma. The 3 namas (Durlabha, Durgama, Durga) are defining Amma. Amma is also called Trilochini as She has Surya(Sun God) in her right eye, Chandra(Moon God) in Her left eye and Agni(fire) in her center eye. Amma sits in the Bindu sthanam in ManiDweepam. SokaĪmma not only helps humans but also helps devathas(Gods) and paradevathas(demi gods). There are 11 bad qualities and Amma helps and protects us from those 11 bad qualities when we surrender to Her in word, thought and deed.ġ. The Gnana Agni inside us is called Durgamma.ĭurgamma always protects Her devotees and help them cross the ocean of samsara. In Yajnas, if agni is Parameshwara Swaroopam and then the energy is Durgaa. In Karma Khanda, She's called Karmaphala Pradayini. In Upanishads, Amma is callled the BrahmaVidyaSwaroopini Life is filled with many negative forces and Amma will remove them when we worship Her. When we pray to Amma earnestly calling Her Durgamma, She will come and protects us that next moment. "Du" means bad or evil and Durga means the remover of all evils.
